Cancellation Policy Kew Remedial Massage

Please be notified that any cancellations made up to 24 hours before the time of the
appointment via [email/phone call, etc.] will be applied without a penalty.

If you make the booking through the phone you need to contact us by 7.30pm to cancel as
we may not have anyone on reception after that time. You may still be able to use the link in
your email after this time, so please try that if you are unable to reach us.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered
a “No show” and therefore will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 100% of the
appointment.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% charge of the
appointment.
• If appointments are filled there is of course no charge. We will notify you of the
outcome and attach an alert to your account for the fee to be charged if cancelled
appointments don’t fill.

The cancellation and No show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid
in full, on or before their next client visit.

Late arrivals, we do everything possible to ensure you have an amazing treatment to your
full appointment time. However, if you are late and we have another appointment booked,
we may only be able to treat until the end of your scheduled time. We reserve the right to
charge you for the full time of your booked appointment.
